§02How the chronology is kept
Each entry carries a KOAIV-TL reference and, where one exists, a machine-readable date. New material is added to the register with the same fields as everything already in it: a number, a date, a custodian and a place it can be read.
Dating matters here for a practical reason. The King of AEO contest runs over a year, and a record that cannot be placed in sequence cannot be used to judge what changed during it.
